The Strategic Solution

  1. Offer repackaging and value bundling. Combined organization with design consulting, and created clear upsell paths from single-room projects to full-home transformations.
  2. Full-funnel targeting. Top of funnel ran organizing tips to capture interest, middle of funnel used before-and-after transformations to build trust, and bottom of funnel pushed high-intent consultation bookings.
  3. Creative and technical overhaul. New Meta creatives tailored to the Chicago suburban aesthetic, optimized Google assets for local intent, and high-conversion landing pages designed to reduce friction.
